Is the jewellery waterproof?

Yes – our 14K gold-plated jewellery is waterproof: showering, washing your hands or rain are no problem. To keep the shine for longer, take it off for the sauna, chlorine or salt water.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Our jewellery is nickel-free and skin-friendly. You can find the exact material of every piece in the product details.

When will my order arrive?

Order on a weekday by 1 pm and we ship the same day from Germany. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–3 working days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to return your order.

Does it come gift-ready?

Yes – every order comes in our free SHINY jewellery box, perfect as a gift.
